Rental Rates
$175/day or portion
$1100/Week
Full payment due two weeks prior to check-in.
For professional production work and use, please e-mail for rates and services offered.
Reservation Deposit
$200 deposit to reserve dates, credited back to rental fees incurred.
Security Deposit
$500.00 Security Deposit returned 10 days from end of rental period.
Cancellation
Please cancel pending reservations at least two weeks prior to check in for full deposit refund. Cancellations with less than two weeks will forfeit deposit and rental fees.
Delivery and Set up Fee
$200 for local area sites. Extra fee for out of area requests.
